That being said, we prepared some answers to our most frequently asked questions for your convenience.

Who do you hire to clean my home?

Our cleaning team arrives on time and in uniform with everything they need to clean your home. You can take comfort in knowing our technicians receive a thorough background check and are fully insured.

What do you not clean?

Unless otherwise required, we don’t typically:

  • Clean toys
  • Clean the inside of your fireplace
  • Pick up clutter
  • Clean your iron
  • Wash dishes
  • Small appliances like blenders, toasters etc
What if I need to reschedule a service?
From the very beginning, we will work with your schedule to ensure that we are cleaning your home at the most convenient time. Call or text as soon as you know there is a conflict and we will do our best to reschedule your cleaning. We will do the same. Please note that 48hrs notice during business hours is required to cancel a scheduled cleaning without penalty. Failure to provide 48hrs notice will result in half of your regular fee being invoiced to you that day. Please advise as far in advance as possible for known vacations and holidays.
Do you always send the same housecleaners?

We believe that it’s very important to always send the same team to clean your home and we do everything in our control to make this possible.

If a member of your team is absent, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement.

What should I do before you arrive?

To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys, clothing, or other clutter before we arrive and that sinks be free of dishes.

To ensure the efficiency of services, please consider scheduling your appointment for a time when everyone is at work/school or organizing yourself to keep to one area while your technician(s) work their magic.

What time does your team arrive?
Our working hours for residential clients are from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Thursday excluding holidays and Friday’s by special request. While we cannot guarantee an exact time of arrival because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires, an arrival window is provided at the time of booking.
What if I am not happy with your cleaning?

During your first consultation, we’ll create a customized cleaning plan that’s designed to accommodate all of your specific requests.

However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible, which is why we back all of our work with a satisfaction guarantee.

We’re happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you call us within 24 hours of your most recent service.

Where can I leave a review of your service?

We value our customers’ opinions and it’s our customer feedback that has helped us become the best cleaning company in the industry.

Can I tip your technicians?
While tips are never expected, they are greatly appreciated. Some clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year.
Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?

Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company.

If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional house cleaners.

If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
